Our Staff

Caroline Prescott, LCSW, has been with Public Guardian Services (PGS) since January 2026 and currently serves as Care Manager. Prior to joining PGS, she brought over 8 years of experience in the social work field. Caroline has worked extensively with a variety of populations including individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders. She is committed to a person-centered approach, always keeping her clients’ best interests at heart. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time in nature with her dogs, crafting, and traveling to new places.
